Description
Corporate compliance is a critical part of the Deficit Reduction Act and one that can cause your organization expensive problems. Implementing a compliance plan is only the beginning -- you must maintain your compliance efforts and vigilance in this area or risk expensive consequences. Enforcement and monitoring of compliance efforts will minimize the risks and harmful effects of misconduct, as well as fraudulent and illegal activities. A good corporate compliance program ensures your facility’s staff adheres to policies and standards that comply with federal, state, and local laws.
Vital to your facility’s compliance efforts is an understanding of the legal and ethical standards you must follow. You and your staff must also recognize your responsibilities in making sure your compliance program succeeds.
This Nursing Homes /Long Term Care Management live webcast will focus on what you need to know to comply with the Deficit Reduction Act, its effect on corporate compliance programs. and the necessary facility policies and staff training.
